Reviews and Ratings
My experience at the hotel was quite disappointing, as I expected a lot more from a 5-star hotel. The service left much to be desired, and the dining was far from satisfactory. However, the room itself was decent, even if it had a few issues. Overall, it feels overhyped for its rating and not worth the money spent.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were fabulous and I really enjoyed the pool and spa facilities, the dining options were disappointing and the service fell short of expectations. I felt that the hotel was overpriced for the value received, especially with the dining experience being quite poor. Overall, it's not a place I would choose to return to.
I had a somewhat pleasant stay but did experience some issues that kept this hotel from being top-notch. The rooms were generally clean and comfortable, but not as luxurious as you'd expect from a five-star place. The service varied – while some staff were accommodating, others seemed overwhelmed. Dining was hit or miss, especially at breakfast, which could definitely use some improvements. Overall, it was a decent experience, but definitely not enough to make me want to return.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were absolutely luxurious and spacious, providing a lovely retreat. However, the dining experience was quite disappointing and didn't meet my expectations for a place with such a reputation. The service was a high point, as the staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Overall, while the accommodations were wonderful, the restaurant left a lot to be desired.
I had a mostly enjoyable stay at the hotel, with some highlights such as the super comfortable beds and a lovely breakfast buffet. The staff were generally attentive, and the location was quite convenient. However, I had a few hiccups during check-in and with the room service, which took away from the overall experience. Also, the dining service could improve, as there were instances of slow service.
